Dying Light 2 Game

Dying Light 2 was unveiled during E3 2018 where we are once again tossed into the zombie apocalyptic world and forced to fight for survival. Players will be in a new city location where factions are at a constant battle to retain control of the area. However, the developers are giving players more freedom as they can choose to go down a variety of pathways though they will all have their own particular consequences.

                                             

                                                 

Just as before, this is an open world game that will allow players to traverse freely. You’ll have to battle the undead if you choose to leave beyond the city walls, but it seems that life inside the walls is not always safe either. Set fifteen years after the events of the original title, Dying Light 2 will still retain the same hostile zombie creatures though they will continue to be lethargic during the day and more aggressive at night.


After the success of the first game, the fact that Dying Light 2 is happening shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Sadly, it won't be arriving as soon as any of us hoped, but it is coming. Developer Tech land announced in early 2020 that the game needs "more development time to fulfill our vision", so be safe in the knowledge it'll come when it's ready. 

Tech land has already confirmed that Dying Light 2 will be releasing on both PS5 and Xbox Series X,  so this delay could point to the team focusing on next-gen development, rather than current consoles. Especially as this sequel promises to deliver 100 hours of content, including a 15-20 hour campaign. That's a lot of stuff to polish for next-gen.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

The wait is finally over in 2020 as we’re finally getting a sequel to the much-beloved medieval RPG Mount & Blade: Warband. This particular title takes place a couple of hundred years before the events of the first installment. Outside of the multiplayer combat where you can embark on sieges and skirmishes, players will find that there is a campaign mode attached as well. Within this mode, you’ll be able to explore the open world, seek out the different towns, aid NPCs, rob thieves or innocents, and partake in massive battles either by yourself or by gaining a group of troops who may be willing to lend their sword for a bit of gold. Skull & Bones Game

We’ve been waiting for Ubisoft to drop Skull & Bones for a good while now. The video game has been delayed for a couple of years now, but there is a push to get it out in 2020. If you’re unfamiliar with the game, Skull & Bones is an upcoming open-world naval warfare game. Players take on the role of a pirate captain who sets off into the open seas in search of treasure and loots to steal. From the footage shown so far, Ubisoft is opting to give players a strategic game as well as not only will you have to deal with other pirates but government ships. One of the examples Ubisoft has shown when it comes to Skull & Bones is that players can attempt to fool an opposing ship by raising their flags.
